Mr. Loverock is a licensed CPA, CA (Chartered Professional Accountant). He received his Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ontario in 1997, and has over 25 years’ experience in accounting and finance roles in Canada, the United States and England. Mr. Loverock has been the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary at Contagious Gaming Inc. (TSXV:CNS) since November 30, 2015, and currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Sproutly Canada, Inc. (CSE:SPR). He also currently serves on the Board and as the Chair of the Audit Committee for Worksport Inc. (NASDAQ:WKSP). From October 2014 to May 2015, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of VoiceTrust Inc. From November 2012 to October 2014, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance officer of Quartz Capital Group Ltd.
